About Joelle De Jesús: Owner of RedLining Productions
Joelle De Jesús is the senior director, writer, and editor of a full-service production company that brings innovative concepts to life through the art of storytelling. He is a native of Puerto Rico, and has developed an extensive and cultured background through his journeys from the Caribbean, both coasts, South America, and various posts in the military. These experiences have shaped the process by which he moves ideas from paper to screen, and the cultures he bridges in various languages and genres through the power of imagery and imagination.
In the relatively short time he has joined the ranks of new directors, De Jesús has made a significant splash and even gained national attention for his work. His 2010 Doritos Super Bowl commercial “House Rules” became an internet and media sensation, voted “Top 10 Commercials of the Year” by TV Guide. In 2019, he was selected as one of 30 veterans chosen for a Veterans writing program at the Writer's Guild of America in Los Angeles. In the same year, he received an ADDY award for an advertising video he wrote, directed, and edited for a vintage Toyota Land Cruiser restoration company. Joelle De Jesús has made it one of his priorities to seek out other Latino filmmakers who desire to join creative forces and bring stories that captivate and represent the many facets of Latin culture.
RedLining Productions is best defined as a young company with creatives who collaboratively present fresh concepts used to advertise and convey the messages that guide our culture and define our diverse audiences and markets.
